Caring with Books: An Evaluation

Caring with Books was a consortium initiative between 10 public library authorities in the West Midlands, West Midlands Arts Board and The Libraries Partnership - West Midlands. The project aimed to encourage and Promote the pleasure of reading with children in public care and foster families as part of 'family learning', and to evaluate the impact of this work in order to devise a transferable model for use within other library authorities
